This is your group if you are a relatively new rider. You enjoy riding single-track that has small obstacles but larger ones are intimidating. You are learning how to climb and descend effectively.

Been riding for a while now, are confident on a bike and love challenging yourself. You are comfortable riding singletrack that has various obstacles. Descents are fun as long as they contain obstacles which are easily and visibly rollable.

You love to ride your bike on all terrain and all obstacles are welcome challenges. You are able to climb technical singletrack. Long descents with obstacles are exciting for you!

New to adaptive riding or already riding and want to get improve your skills and gain more confidence, everyone is welcome. Led by Head Coach and guide Sierra Roth.

We are working with Squamish's best professional PMBI certified guides for all our rides. They take care of all the good times on bikes! Our guides are driven to share their passion for mountain biking, their community and the environment with us at RIDELAB. There are approx 18 pedal groups, 2 - 3 ebike groups & 1 adaptive riding group. All of our groups have a guide and sweep - one of the two ambassadors has a minimum level 1 first aid.

During the registration process you will let us know what level of rider you are. Our custom curated rides are broken up into the levels above. At the event you will have a chance to sign up for the rides you want to join based on the descriptions on the boards. Ride plans and groups are all flexible so you don't have to worry.
You might be on trail from 9-3 but some of this is watching a pro rider or guide demo a feature, maybe a dip in the lake, chatting with your group or taking in the amazing Squamish scenery.
