Yes, everyone is welcome! Some previous riding & fitness is helpful as Squamish is a tough place to ride but we are happy for anyone to join, the more people on bikes the better!!!
BC as you may or may not know is no California! But our weather is what makes the forest, the dirt & the trails so fantastic! Plan on 8-18 degrees during the day and. possibly down to 2 degrees at night. Not as cold as it sounds. Bring a warm puffy & toque for beside the fire!
We will have Post ride apres for everyone! The rest of the meals you will need to bring. We will have food trucks onsite for breakfast and dinner. When they are confirmed, we will update our schedule!
We are planning to have food trucks onsite and will send you more details when we know more to help you with your meal planning.
This is totally up to you and your riding style. Analog or Ebike, your choice! Just let us know when you register so we know how many of each group we have coming. Squamish has it all! A little to a lot of squish is always a good thing but if you're into full XC bring on the light travel bike & wait for us at the top of the hill! LOL
Pick the group that you think best suits your riding ability! Don’t worry though, in the new year, we will send out a detailed survey to get more info from you to make sure we have the right group options and variety for everyone signed up!
You must be 19+ to be able to participate at RIDELAB.
There will not be any set clinics but some groups will be more focused on sessioning features. Naturally as guides, they will always be willing to give tips to help everyone improve their riding!
Not for this event. You will be too busy having fun that you don’t want to worry about your fur baby!
We celebrate and welcome female-identifying individuals, Queer, Transgender, Non binary folks.
We do have limited volunteer spaces so email email@example.com to find out more about volunteering options!
You bring your tent (2-4 person tent) and we will assign you a space in the campsite upon arrival. If you want to have your tent near friends - let us know when you register who they are so we can place your group together. The campsite is made up of large sites that accommodate a number of tents per site. You will be sharing a site with others.
Camping starts the night of Monday May 13th and you have to pack up your gear the morning of Friday May 17th. Event Schedule!
We will do out best to have your car at your site! Cars may be parked a short distance away from the tents. There is not enough space in the campsite to have ALL vehicles next to tents.
There are limited spaces that can accommodate a sprinter at the site - Maximum length 20ft. It will be an extra $100 for these limited spaces.
We will have a zone where you can lock up your bike at night with security watching them. It is at your own risk and you will still need to bring a good lock for your bike!
Everyone at registration will get different coloured wristbands so we know what package you purchased for the festival!
